We understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned, and we want to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services they receive. Due to the nature of our consulting services and technology training programs, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been rendered or the training has been conducted. A. Consulting Services

  • If you have purchased consulting services related to startup guidance, business fundraising, government grants, or any other business advisory service, and the service has not been delivered as agreed upon, you may request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 7 days of the consultation session, provided that the service has not already been partially or fully delivered.

  • If there is a significant mismatch between the services you expected and the services provided (e.g., failure to deliver the agreed-upon consultation materials), you may be eligible for a refund.

B. Technology Training

  • For technology training programs, a refund may be requested if you are unable to attend the training due to unavoidable circumstances (such as illness or emergency), provided that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • If you attend a training session but find that the program does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the training, subject to review and approval.

C. Government Grants and Fundraising Services

  • Refunds for services related to obtaining government grants or business fundraising will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to deliver the services agreed upon (for example, if there is no progress on the application or fundraising process despite our efforts), you may request a partial refund for the undelivered portion of the service.

D. Digital Products or Resources

  • If you have purchased digital products, resources, or courses through our website and have not yet downloaded or accessed them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be issued.

  • Service fees or charges that are explicitly mentioned as non-refundable at the time of purchase or booking.

  • Any third-party costs or services already incurred by Karmdhan Consulting Pvt. Ltd. on behalf of the client (e.g., application fees for grants, external service provider costs).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for consulting services or a training session, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for rescheduling without additional charges.
